Intimacy

April 09/2022

PRAYER:

Oh God, lover of my soul, you who know me intimately, see all of me, and still love me. I want to know you more. I no longer hide, in shame from you. Instead, I run into your loving arms. Jesus you are my bridegroom. You are the object of my affection. In the morning, I wake up thinking about you. When I go to sleep, you are the last thing on my mind. Thoughts of You, are like a love song, infusing my sleep, with sweet rest. Ever present God, who chooses to be near me, and calls me His bride, I receive the Holy Spirit, as an engagement ring, and promise of your love for me.

DECLARATIONS:

I declare that I am the apple of your eye. You hide me in the shadows of your wings and draw me close to you. The truth of your love is my shield and armor

I declare that:

I will know you more

I will see you more

I will taste you more

I will smell you more

All of who I am will respond to your love

PRAYER:

Powerful Father, you who fight my battles for me, and with me, I thank you for sending your son, Jesus Christ, to die for me. In His death, you gave me my inheritance, the kingdom of heaven. In His blood, I found healing and restoration. In His resurrection you gave me victory over Satan. In His ascension you left with me the gift of the Holy Spirit like an engagement ring to confirm your promises. I am your spotless bride; your love overwhelms me.

DECLARATIONS:

I declare that:

I have all authority and I have all power because of the cross

I have an inheritance and I have a legacy because of the cross

I am not alone. I have the mighty Counselor, the Spirit of Truth, that is always with me because of the cross

I am co-creator with you God and together we will reign in this life

Most magnificent God. You who chose to leave your throne in heaven to save me. I receive your gift of eternal life that is found in your son Jesus the Christ. I believe that you Jesus gave your life in exchange for mine when you died on the cross. Your blood paid for my sin past, present and future. You made me white as snow with the shedding of your blood. You conquered the grave and gave me eternal life with your resurrection. You ascended to heaven and gave me as a promise and guarantee of your love, the Holy Spirit like an engagement ring. You call me your bride.

You forgave me

You saved me

You cleansed me

You crowned me with your beauty

You are pleased with me

PRAYER:

God of the universe, and all that is in it, heaven and earth are your creations. You who choose, to make your dwelling place, how wonderful You are. You not only call me your child, You also call me your temple, and your beloved. Your extravagant love makes me want to follow you more. You even delight, in my sacrifice of praise, for unto you, it is a beautiful melody. You God, who keeps every promise, You call me your Bride, and have given me, the gift of the Holy Spirit, as an engagement ring. I take it and where it, as a sign of my love for You.

You dress me with your words of love

You envelope me in your splendor
